Donnie Osmond is the newest winner of Dancing With the Stars!
The ninth DWTS winner was revealed on Tuesday night at the end of a two-hour season finale. The finale brought back the season nine contestants, featured plenty of time-killing recaps and comedy skits, and kept the party going with performances by pop diva Whitney Houston.
Before the winner was revealed, the final three tried to impress the judges on last time by performing encores of their best dances. Donnie was ranked highest by the judges, Mya came in second, and Kelly landed in third place. Kelly also landed in third place when it came to the overall tally. She was the first contestant eliminated despite getting the most support from the cheering studio audience.
After Jon Gosselin demanded that TLC stop filming his children, TLC reluctantly aired the final episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8 on Monday night. America won't get to see the Gosselin kids grow up on camera after all.
