The third season of Growing Up Gotti premieres tonight at 9 pm ET on A&E. The season kicks off with John graduating from high school and mom Victoria throwing him a huge, star-studded bash. Guess that's one of the perks of growing up Gotti, folks. Victoria also announces that in honor of John's graduation, the entire Gotti clan will visit Italy to explore their roots. You can expect to get plenty of laughs when the boys arrive in Italy and experience a bit of culture shock. But one thing you won't see on this season of Growing Up Gotti is Victoria Gotti's secret struggle with breast cancer. Victoria tells the New York Daily News that she was diagnosed last year but kept her treatment hidden from everyone -- including her sons. Doctors caught the cancer early and Victoria says her "prognosis is good."
