I was watching the season finale of The Biggest Loser Tuesday night and I was amazed at how much weight the contestants lost. The winner, Matt, dropped 157 pounds...Wow! And even those contestants who didn't make it to the final three blew my mind. Example: Shannon lost 108 pounds and looks like a brand new woman. You go, girl! In Australia we dont like the Australian Trainers, Michelle and shannon! we love Bob and Julian! we want them to come back to Australia. We also love the Commando!!! ~Go Aussie~
