If you saw last night's episode of The Apprentice, you know that the issue of Brent Buckman's weight was at the center of last night's boardroom meeting -- right before he got fired. Now Brent is letting the world know that he lost 110 pounds and 10 inches off his waste by going on a "4 Bagel Plan" diet. (Yep, you read that right.) Brent talks about his diet on his website, www.brentbuckman.com, where there's a photo of Brent looking super slim.
