Former Love Boat actor Ted Lange is one of the stars battling the bulge on the fourth season of Celebrity Fit Club , which premieres Sunday night on Vh1. Ted participated in our Celebrity Fit Club celebrity survey. Here's what he had to say:

1. Are you nervous about some of the footage that might be aired on the show?
I am not nervous about the footage shot of me. I am overweight and there is no getting around this. as far as letting it all hang out... years ago I was in the Musical HAIR and I had to stand on the stage and sing in the nude. The pay for that gig was not nearly as lucrative as appearing on the fit club. The end result is that you see me trying my best to fight the demons of overeating.

2. Approximately how many times did you cry during filming, (if at all)?
I did not cry during the filming of the show. Although it was tough and painful at times. However, I did get emotional when my team (the red team) met with some Native Americans and they gave us gifts and we danced with the spirit Gods of their cultural. I am part Seminole and this bought back memories of my childhood and conversations with my Grandfather.

3. Would you do the show again?
The idea for me is to never have to do the show again. That I have learned the lesson of eating a proper diet and that I maintain my weight for the rest of my life.

4. Are you satisfied with the results?
I am more that satisfied with the results. I am ecstatic. I am down to 164 pounds and I have a 31 inch waist. What could be better than that??

5. Is the trainer Harvey as scary as he seems?
Harvey is a tough guy. I do not mind that as long as he is fair. tough and fair a good combination. It is easy to get on Harvey's bad side , Just don't pull you weight (no matter how big you are ), don't give 100%, and trying to con him with excuses and lies. He can see right through it. Be honest and straight ...and even if you fail he will give you his respect for a valiantly fought effort.
