Dancing With The Stars Participants Include Jerry Springer, Emmitt Smith, and Tucker Carlson

Monday August 14, 2006
The Dancing With The Stars 3 participants have been announced. Prepare to be shocked (The two talk show guys will surprise you), confused (asking who the heck some of those people are), and impressed (that they were able to get the movie star). The participants are:

  • Talk show host Jerry Springer (Let's hope the crowd won't chant "Jerry, Jerry, Jerry!" when he performs.)
  • Hollywood actress Vivica A. Fox (The hottest Hollywood star to sign up for the show in three seasons.)
  • Political talk show host Tucker Carlson (Nice! But will he able to shut up and dance?)
  • Former Blossom star Joey Lawrence (Whoa!)

  • NFL running back Emmitt Smith (Maybe our husbands will watch now.)

  • Actor Harry Hamlin (Trying to get some of the attention his wife Lisa Rinna got doing the show last year?)

  • Former Saved By The Bell Star Mario Lopez (Mr. Belding would be so proud.)

  • Pop singer Willa Ford (Willa, who?)

  • Monique Coleman of Disney's "High School Musical" (OMG!...Teens probably know who she is.)

  • Country musician Sara Evans (I don't listen to too much country music, but I've heard of her.)

  • Meet the Barkers star Shanna Moakler (We know who won't be in the audience to see her performances.)

Dancing With The Stars, Season 3 premieres on September 12 on ABC.
