On last night's episode of The Bachelor, Desiree was dumped by Lorenzo. She was shocked because she thought they had a connection. Must every girl who is eliminated on that show use that line or a variation of it?

What really cracked me up (and saddened me at the same time) was when Desiree told Lorenzo before the eliminations that even though she hadn't had a real date with him yet, she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. Poor thing was sealing her fate.

Jeannette was also eliminated, leaving four women in the game -- Lisa (who the other girls are convinced isn't there for the right reasons -- whatever those are), Agnese (who doesn't speak too much English), Jennifer (who had a romantic one-on-one date with Lorenzo), and Sadie (who initiated the first kiss with Lorenzo during a one-on-one date.)

Next week, Lorenzo will go to their hometowns to meet their parents.
