TMZ.com claims country star Billy Ray Cyrus, former Beverly Hills 90210 star Ian Ziering, Muhammad Ali's boxer daughter Laila Ali, and former *NSYNC member Joey Fatone are definitely on the list of celebs who will be competing on the fourth season of Dancing With the Stars. ABC had no comment. The network is sticking to its plan to reveal the participants on Good Morning America some time before the show's season premiere on March 19.
