Another memorable season of American Idol has come to an end. Arizona teen Jordin Sparks was crowned the sixth American Idol during the show's star-studded season finale. Here are some highlights from Jordin's big night and photos from the season finale.

I am not a great fan of her! She can sing, that’s all! She needs to lose weight too! I am all for Melinda Dolittle. So sad she went home leaving Simon Cowell disgusted.
The true winner should have been Melinda Dolittle. She sang circles around the others. JP is right, it ended up being just a popularity contest after all…
