My plans for tonight:   Plop down on the couch at 8 pm to watch the premiere of Dance War:  Bruno vs. Carrie Ann, of course!

On the dance competition, Dancing With the Stars judges Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba will coach two competing teams of amateur dancers/singers.  Get the deets about the show here.

In a USA Today article, Carrie Ann admits that her Dance War job will be much harder than her judging gig on Dancing With the Stars.

"These are fresh young kids," Carrie Ann is quoted as saying. "I don't like the feeling of taking somebody's opportunity away. But you have to decide on their potential. That's where you stick your neck out...You have to guide them through song-and-dance numbers every week. It's a bit nerve-racking, because what I do creatively will determine how my team does. And since the shows are live, anything can happen."

Maybe after Carrie Ann deals with the stress of Dance War, she'll finally loosen up about those illegal lifts on Dancing With the Stars.
