Bravo Announces Casting Call Dates for 'Top Chef 5'

The winner of  Top Chef 4 hasn't been revealed yet, but Bravo has already kicked off the search for 16 new hopefuls to compete on the show's fifth season.  If you think you have what it takes to be on Top Chef 5, here are the Spring 2008 casting call dates.
