Jason Castro is a bit relieved tonight. He has been eliminated from American Idol. He received the bad -- or should I say good -- news during Wednesday night's results show. When Ryan Seacrest made a comment that he almost seemed relieved, Jason --  who let's just say doesn't always remember the lyrics --  smiled and replied "A little. It was going to be three songs next week. I don't know what I would have done."  Before the credits rolled, he smiled his big Jason smile as he performed Bob Marley's "I Shot the Sheriff"  again. Jason's departure means American Idol is down to the final three -- teen crooner David Archuleta, rocker David Cook, and Jason's bottom two partner this week, Syesha Mercado.  The finale is right around the corner, folks!
