Reality stars are all over the news this week. Let me fill you in!

Where to begin? American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken is finally admitting what we gossip-loving folks have been buzzing about for some time now -- he is indeed gay.  Clay, who is the new father of a son conceived via insemination,  makes the not-so-shocking-revelation in the new issue of People magazine.  He is quoted as saying "I cannot raise a child to lie or hide things." Good for you, Clay!

Speaking of raising children, former Bachelor star Andrew Firestone is going to be a dad! Andrew and his new wife Ivana are ecstatic about the baby, which is due in April. "As soon as we got married we wanted to start [trying] and we were very blessed and God willing, we were able to make it happen soon after the wedding!" he told Us Magazine.  Congratulations, Firestones!

Like most of you, I was shocked by the news that former Meet the Barkers star Travis Barker was critically injured in a deadly plane crash this weekend. After getting to know Travis and his now ex-wife Shanna Moakler on Meet the Barkers, I immediately wondered how Shanna was handling the news. Well, it seems the couple is getting closer after the horrifying accident. According to reports, Shanna refuses to leave Travis's side during this terrible time

Another tragedy that made headlines was  a car crash  caused by former Hogan Knows Best Star Nick Hogan. The accident left Nick's friend critically injured and sent the teen reality star to jail. Now People magazine is reporting that Nick will be released three months early for good behavior. His release is scheduled for Oct. 21.

And in news you may or may not care about, Hugh Hefner tells E! Online that his relationships with the Girls Next Door are "in transition."  What does that mean, you ask?  Basically, he's admitting that they will get their own lives eventually and start normal relationships.
