Jon Gosselin is demanding that TLC stop production on Kate Plus Eight!
The Insider reports that Jon's lawyer sent two letters to TLC after the network announced that the show starring the Gosselin family would be renamed Kate Plus Eight.
Jon argues that he is a part owner of the Wernersville, Pennsylvania home where the reality show is shot. "Effective immediately, no production crews are to enter Jon's family home for any reason," The Insider quotes one letter as saying. "In the event that anyone enters the marital property, Jon Gosselin will notify the local authorities to effectuate police action against any trespassers."
Jon also believes since he has joint custody of the children, he should have a say in whether or not they can be filmed for Kate Plus Eight..
"Jon Gosselin unequivocally believes that his children's continued participation in your client's television production is 'detrimental' to his children," his lawyer says in the first letter. "Accordingly, Jon expects that your client will cease and desist from any and all further production which includes his eight children."
Looks like the drama is just beginning, folks! I'll keep you posted.

Lucky Kate! Now she can move on on with her career and support the kids without being tied to Jon. She’s probably thrilled – I just hope she won’t wind up paying alimony to him. I doubt he’s capable of holding down any kind of decent job.
I really could care less about Jon’s motivation. I sincerely hope the children are finally free from cameras!
I think Jon did the right thing for his kids, it outthere in black & white the way Kate treated him on TV, I was wondering when Jon would get tired of it and speak up. You can tell Kate has issues and I think Social Service should look into the abuse that many have seen on TV and for TLC not to report this I trhink it just show that everyone was in it for the money. Kate claims the money is the kids but then go’s and spends $7,000.00 on a hair cut and them complaints that Jon is taking the kids money. Kate mad her kids life out there for everyone to see all for the money, the money should be put in a trust account for the kids when they get older and they can have there money for what ever they might want. Kate is a controlling person and wants to controll, this stems from a child hood life were her own life was out of controll so she tries to controll everything because she is a mess inside of herself. I just hope these kids are taken off all TV programs, money became her life as we all heard from others in the family, it so sad that Kate had to get so evil when the money started coming into there lifes.
