Bianca Ryan Wins America's Got Talent

Add Bianca Ryan to the list of summer reality TV winners. The 11-year-old singer (who sounds like she is 25) beat jugglers, quick change artists, cloggers, a rappin' granny, and more acts to win the first season of America's Got Talent on Thursday night. The look on her face was priceless when her name was announced. See the clip at YouTube. Taylor wins $1 million.
America's Got Talent will return to NBC in January.

A few years ago there was a survey that showed that Philadelphia was the biggest city for Realty TV shows. Bianca was big news in the area during the whole run of the show and many of us voted numerous times for her to win. Remember Andrea McArdle of Annie fame. She was another Philly girl with huge pipes. We grow them that way in Philly. You go girl!
