High School Musical star Monique Coleman tells me preparing to compete on Dancing With The Stars is no joke! "Rehearsals are excruciatingly hard," Monique said when I caught up with her at the Teen Choice Awards. "I mean my feet hurt all the time...I'm using muscles that I didn't know I had. It's amazing. The most difficult part is all of the ballroom stuff. I'm finding the Latin stuff to be a bit easier because its a lot of shaking."

And who does Monique consider to be her biggest competition? "At the moment, I'm going to say somewhere between Vivica A. Fox and Mario Lopez," she said.
