Flavor Flav Chooses Deelishis, New York Is Filming Her Own Show
Flavor Flav has found a new woman to kick it with. On Sunday night's season finale of Flavor of Love, the past-his-prime rapper turned TV bachelor chose finalist Deelishis over finalist New York during an emotional final ceremony in the rain. He rejected New York (for the second time in two seasons) because he felt she was too controlling -- much like her mother. New York's exit speech was filled mostly with bleeped out words and blurred out hand gestures. As a gesture of his commitment to Deelishis, Flav presented her with a shiny new set of gold teeth. How...romantic?
Deelishis may have received the gold grill, but New York is getting her own show. According to the New York Post, she is now filming Flavorette , a Flavor Of Love spin-off on which a group of bachelors try to win her heart. New York, whose real name is Tiffany Patterson, talks about the show in a Post interview. There's no word yet on when Flavorette will premiere.

I liked New York. She made the show funny and full of drama. It was like watching soap opera’s every week speculating on what plan she had next. Im looking forward to watching her show. Her mother isn’t gonna let any guy close to New York, so it will be interesting to see which guy will actually survive.
New York is a true winner! Yeah she may be wild, ghetto and what ever other names people called her but she and that MOMMA made flavor of love get those ratings up! AND I WILL BE WATCHING HER show…She is funny as hell! One question that I have is…Is Flavor Flav still with Deelishis or did she leave him too?? If someone knows please let me know. Yeah he nice but he is not cute and Deelishis was pretty, but what happened to her? She had all those scars all over her body like she was burned or something??

Deelishis is alright, but I think Buckeey might’ve been best for Flav, he should’ve known better than picking Hoopz, she’s young & just looking for a good time for a while, not an almost-50-year-old man with 7 children.
Shame on Flav for pulling New York back into his life. She never cared about Flav, all she wanted was to win a contest with Flav’s connections & money as the reward (and I didn’t buy those crocodile tears & ‘I am Mrs. Flavor Flav!’ nonsense), because she’s a spoiled child who thought she could have anything she wanted. Flav knew it but he didn’t want to read the writing on the wall, just like with Krazy. These man who actually ‘want her’ are after the same of her pitiful self.
Tiffany, “New York,” brought a ton of fun both to the VH1 viewers and makers of the FF2. She’s got character like no one else and it was entertaining to see her back on the show. Her own show will bring a new spin to the Reality TV Drama.
Flav that is good why you picked Deelishis because she is not stuck up like New York.

Flavor Flav is dead wrong for choosing Deelishis because New York was there for a puropose and that is to get her man and nothing else. I’m know I shouldn’t admit it. But I am a 53 year old woman who get’s a big kick out of the show. You will always have someone like New York but I think she knows exactly what she is doing. She is getting her own show and more power to her. Most of all I have to say that I am happy that Flava Flav is back and hope that he is laughing all the way to the bank. I only hope that his children also enjoy the fruits that they rightfully deserve.
