Top Model Contestant Sarah Shares Her Thoughts After Being Eliminated:
She was one of the first contestants eliminated from America's Next Top Model 4. Now Sarah, a 22-year-old waitress from Baltimore, is talking about her experience on reality TV. Here are some of Sarah's thoughts about the show.
On being portrayed as the girl with no confidence.:
"The way I was portrayed on the show, it doesnt look like I had enough confidence but I dont think that was true at all. And I think that everybody who knows me in my life knows that its not true. I definitely came across that way editing-wise. But thats something else that I learned -- maybe just to show my confidence a little bit more."
On living in a house full of models.:
"I actually had a lot of fun. When they cast the show this season, they picked 14 really fun, outgoing, really friendly girls. I had a great time. The house was beautiful and I got really close with some of the girls."
On having her hair cut as part of her required makeover.:
"I don't have any regrets about that at all. I went on the show totally expecting to be made over. My hair was short my whole life, so I had just finished growing it out. It kinda sucks that I have to grow it out again. But no, I dont have any regrets at all."
On her comment that she is better than some of the remaining models.:
"I guess I meant it more like I thought all fourteen girls were beautiful and could be taught to walk and could be taught to photograph. But I guess I thought that, in the case of natural talent, I had more than some of the girls that were left."
On her comment that contestant Brittany photographs like a porn princess.:
"[I still agree with that statement.] Definitely. Especially looking back now and seeing her photo shoots...She really looks like she was having like an orgasm in her photos!"
On who should win the competition.:
"I cant say, because I want them all to win...I have no idea what [the judges]are looking for at all."
On the worst part of being on the show.:
"Getting cut from the show sucked but for me, but its just part of the experience and I learned from that."
