What Diane Had to Say

Diane, a 23-year-old criminal defense investigator from Orlando, Florida, was the fifth model to leave the Top Model competition. Here's what she had to say:

About the best part of the experience:
"You can't buy the exposure that you get on the show...I was so blessed to have this opportunity. Not only to represent Latin people but to represent plus size women who are not size zero and four."

About being the mature one:
"I can say that I was older than some of [the other girls] and I'm also a little bit more mature. I knew that I have a career so anything that I did to embarrass myself, later on I had to go home [and face it]. That's something that I didn't want to do. These girls just go to school and they could do whatever they wanted. I had responsibilities as far as my career and my image at my job that I had to protect."

About life after the show:
"I get a lot more people who come up to me and yell my name. You gotta love it. It's something that you have to love and embrace, which I do."
