BIG BROTHER: Say it Ain’t So!!
Oh no! April is gone. What’s Ollie going to do now, play the game and think for himself? Wait a minute, …YES! Now we will finally get to notice Ollie do something other than fawn over April. Wow. As the players still swing on the vines trying to win HOH, Ollie reminds us that he has to win it for April and make everyone in the house pay for sending his boo home. Somehow Ollie and Michelle have formed a new alliance. Dan is still the man to get on your side, and Jerry is just starting to feel his age. Keesha is glad April is gone, and Renny is happy the house respected her wishes as HOH to get rid of April instead of Jerry. As Dan puts it, they are still riding the carnival from hell when they start throwing water balloons at each other. Memphis targets Michelle and whacks her in the head a couple of times. She is not a happy camper. After 41 minutes hitting the wall and enduring the rain, Jerry is the first to drop, claiming his all-to-important private parts were being compromised. Actually, you could see that he was telling the truth. Not that I was looking, but I did notice he was a bit “cramped” in a certain region. Memphis and Keesha keep traumatizing Michelle with the water balloons. Keesha is the second to drop. Finally Memphis goes for another balloon and loses balance becoming the third to drop. Dan and Ollie remain. Ollie wants that HOH position bad. Dan asks him who he wants to save, and Ollie says himself. Dan says he needs to be HOH so he can see Monica, his boo. Very insensitive since he just sent Ollie’s boo home. Then Dan does the dumbest thing on any reality TV show yet (except for Survivor). He makes a deal for Ollie to get to choose one of the people to put up for eviction, and also hands him the POV if it comes to that. Dumb Dan doesn’t even ask to be kept safe next week. Ollie tells him to keep Michelle safe and it’s a deal. Dan gives him his word on Monica and his religion, and Ollie drops. Ollie is now the unofficial HOH, if the official HOH Dan keeps his word. Renny and Keesha hear Dan and Ollie’s exchange, but can’t make out the exact words. Later, Keesha and Memphis talk about what the deal could have been, sure that neither of them is going home. Ollie’s mouth runs like water as he tells Michelle everything that went on with him and Dan during their confidential exchange. Even Michelle can’t believe Dan didn’t protect himself next week.
Dan confides in Memphis. Memphis is angry he’s even considering putting up his own alliance partner, but Dan says he gave his word and he’s confident Jerry will be the one to leave. Memphis tells him that isn’t the point, he shouldn’t even have allowed Ollie to take over his position and move things in that direction. Memphis is ready to take the game into his own hands.
HOH ROOM
Dan invites everyone to see his new HOH room. There are pictures of Monica and his parents everywhere. She also sent him a tee-shirt marked “taken”, that he puts on. When he reads Monica’s letter in front of everyone, he turns on the fake tears. He wants to remain the “weak” player in the eyes of the housemates. In the eyes of America, he’s just dumb.
THE DEAL IS SEALED…
Ollie and Dan talk. Ollie says he wants Memphis up against Jerry, Dan’s assumed pick for eviction. Ollie says they need to get rid of the threats now. Dan says he’s risking his friendship with Memphis. Ollie doesn’t care. Then Keesha visits Dan and asks him to solidify an alliance between Keesha, Renny, Dan and Memphis. That would be great, but Renny doesn’t trust Memphis. They tell her they can use Memphis up to a certain point and then get rid of him. She reluctantly agrees. She reiterates that she doesn’t trust Memphis though. Dan isn’t so sure they can trust her, the woman who walks around the house in wigs and boas. Keesha says they need to come up with a name for their alliance. I’m thinking Reneged, since Dan let The Renegades blow out of the window.
NOMINATION CEREMONY
Dan has a problem. He wants to play to win, but he’s such an honest guy. Not a good match for reality TV. Anyhooo, he says his dad would tell him to go back on his word and put up Ollie and Michelle. His mom would tell him to honor his word. We all know boys and their mamas. Dan keeps his word, and both Jerry and Memphis sit without keys and without the knowledge that at the conclusion of last week’s episode, we were told that two players would be evicted this week. Stay tuned!
