Shes a Cancer
Carol Alt and Omarosa once again went head-to-head in the Boardroom with Omarosa accusing Carol of always flying under the radar. Carol said that as a businesswoman she didnt respect Omarosa at all. Despite their agreement back in Week 1 to leave things in the Boardroom, Carol expressed to her teammates that she thought Omarosa was like a cancer and tearing the team apart. Whats worse, Carol noted, were letting her.
Expendable
Marilu selected Carol and Jennie to come back to the final Boardroom with her. When pressed by Trump on her reasoning, she noted that she worked well with Nely and Omarosa and that they could also step up as leaders. Trump boiled it down to the fact that Marilu basically thought she could afford to lose either Carol or Jennie and Marilu reluctantly agreed.
Not your Playing Field
Jennie conceded that the Boardroom was tough for her, and that she wasnt used to how things worked in it. Trump noted that she had amazing competitive spirit on the softball field but in the Boardroom, the energy seemed to be drained from her. He said that the Boardroom wasnt her world and that she should stick to her world. In that vein, he helped her return to her world by firing her.
