Julianne Hough and 'Dancing with the Stars':
Dancer/singer Julianne Hough joined Dancing with the Stars in the show's third season. A two-time DWTS champ, the talented blonde is one of the show's most popular professional dancers. She has been paired with celebrity contestants Apolo Anton Ohno, Helio Castroneves, Adam Carolla, and Cody Lindley.
Before 'Dancing with the Stars':
Julianne, who is the youngest of five siblings (including fellow DWTS pro Derek Hough), started competing in dance competitions when she was nine years old. The Mormon-raised dancer left her Utah home at a young age to study performing arts in London. Julianne returned to the United States after five years in London with dreams of becoming a country singer. She decided to pursue dancing jobs to earn a living. She was chosen by ABC for one of the hottest dancing gigs in the world.
After 'Dancing with the Stars':
Capitalizing on her popularity on Dancing With the Stars, Julianne released her first country album in 2008. She continues to compete on Dancing with the Stars.
