America is deciding who will be the next supermodel: Ben, Ronnie, Perry or Holly. They have one last job before the reveal. They send the models on individual Go-See’s around the city. They are given their portfolio, money and a map and told to get going and don’t be late. At Esprit, Ben’s walk lacked the energy the designer wanted until Jennifer Starr told him to perk up. Perry was liked for being edgy. Ronnie has the all-American look most want, but he was told he does the same pose and facial expression on the runway. Not good. Holly was an all around favorite. Ben didn’t know what to do with a banana as a prop during an underwear ad. Ronnie knew exactly what to do with the banana: eat it.
The models meet Jessica Stam, a famous model from Canada. She talks about the real side of being a supermodel. Gives more advice than Naomi did. Next up, they meet up with executives at GQ since one of them will grace the cover. They are outfitted to see where they would fit in the magazine. They seemed to like Ronnie best.
Back at the house, there are surprise visitors. Ben greets his wife with about at much enthusiasm as I’d greet my dentist. It doesn’t get any better from there. Ronnie’s mom showed up and assured Ben’s wife the boys are just friends. Holly’s fiancé came by, and they showed folks how you’re supposed to greet someone you actually miss. Perry sat in a corner wondering who was going to show up for him, and it was Amanda. She still refused to even speak about being with Britney Spears’ possible babydaddy Adnan. Wouldn’t admit to anything, or answer any questions, just told Perry it was hard being without him and she wouldn’t discuss it, but she loves him. And he believed her. Moving right along…
