Ruben Studdard Hospitalized

(Nov. 23) -- Velvet Teddy Bear Ruben Studdard has been hospitalized, according to media reports. The "American Idol" season two winner checked himself into an Alabama hospital on Nov. 22, the night before his latest album was scheduled to hit stores. Some reports say exhaustion is to blame for Ruben's hospitalization. Others claim the star has pneumonia.

Ruben's publicist says he is expected to stay in the hospital for several days. All promotion for his album "I Need An Angel" has been canceled until further notice.
