Bring On The New Fall Reality Shows!:

Beautiful summer days have arrived and here I am looking forward to fall…fall reality TV, that is. Here are some new network shows on the fall schedule.

Farmer Wants A Wife : A group of city girls move to the country to compete for the heart of one farmer. (The CW)

World Moves: International dance acts compete in a global dance competition. Viewers from all over the world vote for the winner. (NBC)

Kid Nation: A group of children leave modern comforts and their parents behind to spend a month rebuilding a New Mexico ghost town. The children, ages 8-15, are responsible for everything -- from cooking to making laws. (CBS)

The Search for the Next Great American Band: Bands of all ages and music styles compete to win a recording contract. Viewers determine who stays and who goes each week. (Fox)

Kitchen Nightmares: Hot-tempered Hell’s Kitchen chef Gordon Ramsay goes on the road to help restaurants in crisis. (Fox)

Crowned: The Mother of All Pageants: Mother-daughter teams put their relationships to the test when they prepare to compete in a beauty pageant. (The CW)

Oprah Winfrey’s The Big Give: Contestants are challenged to make a difference in people’s lives. The field is narrowed each week and the most driven and passionate contestant wins the chance to make the biggest impact. (ABC)

Nashville: Cameras roll docu-soap-style as a group of young, diverse musicians try to make it in Nashville. (Fox)

Lady or a Tramp : A group of “rude and crude” party girls are sent to charm school to learn how to behave like ladies. One girl is expelled from charm school at the end of each episode. (Fox. May not make fall schedule.)

*Some shows will premiere midseason. Scheduling will be announced later.
