They inspired millions of viewers when they lost a combined 252 pounds on NBC's "The Biggest Loser." And despite the time and hard work Suzy Preston and Matt Hoover devoted to dropping the pounds, the reality show finalists still found time to fall in love.

Fans didn't know that Suzy and Matt had feelings for each other until after the show's finale, when they started to talk about their growing romance.

"We have a lot in common," Matt told People Magazine. "Going through something like we went through is life-changing. We are not the same people we were before all this and we are both at a point in our lives where we know what it's like to be fat and miserable – and what it's like to be happy and healthy."
