Monday, October 17th's Dancing with the Stars featured the remaining eight couples dressed in vivid colors and dancing to songs from the 1980's. After the performances, Iraq vet and soap actor J.R. Martinez topped the judges' leaderboards with his professional partner Karina Smirnoff.
Judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli were also pleased with the routines of actor David Arquette and Keeping Up with the Kardashians bro Rob Kardashian, who both received 25 points to tie for second place.
The fourth place was also a tie, this one between former talk show host Ricki Lake and women's soccer star Hope Solo, who both garnered 24 points. Lake and her partner, Derek Hough danced a foxtrot while Solo and professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy performed a tango.
Crime commentator Nancy Grace took the sixth spot by dancing a rumba with pro Tristan MacManus.
Finishing one point behind Grace with 21 points, transgender activist Chaz Bono performed a samba with dancer Lacey Schwimmer.
Carson Kressley ended up in last place after the former Queer Eye For the Straight Guy fashionista shook pom-poms in his cheerleader jive with pro partner Anna Trebunskaya.
Viewer votes have been tallied and the results of the Dancing with the Stars Season Thirteen's fifth elimination will be revealed Tuesday, October 18th at 9PM ET/PT on ABC. The remaining celebrities will be the season's top seven, and will compete again the following Monday.
