Singer/songwriter/actor Billy Ray Cyrus teams up with professional dancer Karina Smirnoff for the fourth season of Dancing With the Stars . Cyrus' music hits include the song Achy Breaky Heart. He now stars on the Disney Channel series Hanna Montana with his teen daughter. Karina Smirnoff is a professional dancer who made it to the Dancing With the Stars, Season Three finals with rumored boyfriend Mario Lopez.
