A fan favorite, she is known for her trademark creative exercises that vividly demonstrate the concepts behind the work that each woman performs as she tries to change and improve her life while living in the STARTING OVER house.

Britten has created a premier model for mastering emotional fears, and is a globally recognized expert on the subject of fear. Rhonda is the founder of the groundbreaking Fearless Living Institute (FLI), author of the national bestsellers Change Your Life in 30 Days, Fearless Loving and Fearless Living (translated into 12 languages).
