Not Shedding Any Tears
Tim's barely gone and Nicole's still making him look like a fool. When pressed by Frank, she loudly declared that while she didn't want Tim gone, she's not exactly going to shed any tears on his behalf. In fact, Tim's firing seemed to barely register with her - which was fine because again, this is a competition! But Tim, we certainly hope you learned something when you watched these episodes.
Corporations Dissolved
Trump decreed that Kinetic and Arrow were no more, and the former members of Arrow (James, Frank, and Stefani) were allowed to move out of 'Trump Trailer Park' and into the mansion.
Double the Trouble. . . .
. . .double the firings. The remaining six wannabes were paired up (Frank/Heidi, James/Stefani, and Nicole/Kristine) for the next task, and Trump announced that whichever team lost the next task, both members would be fired.
Vegas, Baby
This week's task required the teams to put together a marketing and ad campaign to promote (read: sell suites/units of) the yet-to-be-completed Trump International Hotel and Tower in Las Vegas.
Ohhh, Shiny!
In an amusing segment, Frank was shown to be, as Heidi described him, 'a five year old' who was easily distracted by the pretty, shiny things on Trump's private jet.
At Odds
Only James/Stefani appeared to work well together, completing their work in an efficient, professional manner. Heidi/Frank had problems with focusing their energy properly (him on the video, her on the brochure) and Nicole/Kristine couldn't agree on how to best approach their task at all, and at times, appearing to work against each other.

The Pros
James/Stefani, put on a solid presentation, complete with displays, a brochure and a professional, well-produced video highlighting their theme - that the Trump Hotel and Tower are the 'height of luxury.' They even had a solid marketing plan to back up their presentation. Trump and Don, Jr. were duly impressed.
Technical Difficulties
Nicole/Kristine's presentation got off to a rough start when Nicole couldn't get the Powerpoint presentation to load up correctly. Their presentation (highlighting the theme that everything Trump touches is golden) was deemed 'choppy' by Trump, but it was an incorrect phone number on their brochure that had Trump deeming the whole thing a disaster.
Amateur Hour
Just when it seemed that Nicole/Kristine would be sent packing, Frank/Heidi's presentation actually made Nicole/Kristine look good. Heidi choked badly on her presentation, basically saying - 'and here's our video.' That segued to Frank's amateurishly shot video that didn't seem to highlight much of anything. There was no theme, no marketing plan and their brochure was compared to a bad novel by Trump.
Change of Plans
Trump quickly declared that James/Stefani had the best presentation, and thus, would not be fired but he was 'torn' because he found the other 2 presentations so terrible. Instead of firing a single team, Trump declared that he would fire one person from the two losing teams.
Wrong Number
Kristine was fired because she was the one who put the wrong number on the brochure, which was deemed a cardinal sin by Trump.
So Much for Being the 'Superstar'
Heidi, who was deemed early on by Trump as a 'superstar,' had a truly dismal performance, both on the task and in the Boardroom. Doing her usual hemming and hawing, she tried to deflect responsibility to Frank. But Frank managed to get her to contradict herself several times, and even admit that she was responsible for the horrible presentation and disastrous brochure. She finally shot herself in the foot by saying that she would agree with Trump '100%' if he fired her based on her performance on this task. Of course, that was basically handing Trump an engraved invitation to fire her - which he did.
They're Getting the Irony!
We love it when a wannabe gets the irony of this show. Kristine had stated earlier in the show that she didn't want to work with Heidi, because she was tired of Heidi getting credit for the wins, and if she beat Heidi, she could take Heidi out of the competition. How ironic was it that Heidi did lose on the task and was fired, but so was Kristine. But we give Kristine some props for recognizing this fact in her car exit interview.
The Final Four and Front Runners
How ironic is it that the final 4 were all from Arrow, which was always treated like the bastard step-corporation by Trump. Nicole, Frank, Stefani and James have one final hoop, erm, we mean task to complete in their quest to become the next Trump lackey and we think based on the most recent Boardroom, James/Stefani are the frontrunners.
