FEBRUARY 7: COUPLES CONTEST CONTINUES -- In the sixth episode of a special seven-part couples contest, four couples remain to test their relationships by facing fear as a team and working together to capture an ultimate payoff of $1 million. In one of this episode's stunts, the male contestant is trapped in a cage filled with huge bullfrogs while his counterpart searches through pits of rats and snakes for the keys to free him. Joe Rogan hosts.
FEBRUARY 14: HEART-STOPPING STUNT FOR FINALE OF COUPLES' SEVEN-EPISODE CONTEST -- It's down to three remaining couples in this seventh episode finale of a special seven-part couples contest, and the highlight is one of the most elaborate and spectacular challenges ever. The lovers must leap from a boat to a rope ladder hanging from a helicopter that then lands atop a moving semi-truck. Enclosed in the truck is a car they have to start and drive through the back cargo doors. Up to this episode, couples have tested their relationships by facing fear as a team and working together to capture an ultimate payoff of $1 million. Joe Rogan hosts the series.
FEBRUARY 21: FEAR FACTOR DOUBLES UP FOR THIRD TIME IN VEGAS -- Joe Rogan hosts the series that returns to Las Vegas for the third time to pit pairs (two sets of best friends -- one pair of female twins, and one dating couple) against the odds of facing fear as a team. The neon rainbow of the Vegas Strip provides the backdrop for the first challenge; an homage to Harry Houdini that ends in an explosive slide in an upside down car. The lights of this night-blooming "desert flower" also shine on the pairs as they traverse a tightrope strung on the 36th floor between two wings of the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort. The high-roller episode has a gaming twist as the winners must bet half of their rich winnings on one hand of blackjack.
FEBRUARY 28: FED UP WITH REALITY TV STARS? SEE THEM EAT WORMS AND WORSE -- This special 90-minute episode features what host Joe Rogan calls "15 more minutes of fame" for a cast of all reality stars: Omarosa ("The Apprentice"), Ryan Sutter (winner "The Bachelorette"), Ethan Zohn ("Survivor All-Stars," winner "Survivor Africa"), Jenna Morasca ("Survivor All-Stars," winner "Survivor Amazon"), Reichen Lehmkuhl (winner "Amazing Race 4") and Nikki McKibbin ("American Idol 1"). As a bonus, Trista ("The Bachelorette") is on hand to cheer for her husband Ryan, and is surprised to find she must face a challenge of her own. Naturally, conflict, tension and tantrums surround Omarosa through the competition, which includes racing a car up and over another car as many times as possible before crashing. Another stunt involves attempting a horizontal rope crawl suspended under two helicopters hovering over the Los Angeles Harbor. But the much-anticipated signature gross-out stunt gives the viewers what they want: seeing these personalities confronted with biting snakes, worms and blenders.
